Please read our ordering and refund information below before placing your butterfly order.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing your order to reserve your butterflies. All payments are fully refundable for cancellations made at least one month prior to shipping date. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than one month prior to shipping date. Please inquire if you would like to use a payment plan.
- We offer a full money back guarantee that our butterflies will arrive alive and healthy, but we cannot be liable for loss due to mishandling after receipt, or due to customer not being available to receive the shipment. For this reason, we strongly recommend that someone be present when the package is delivered to open and check the butterflies immediately. Butterflies are sensitive to extremes of heat and cold, as might occur if the package were left outside on a porch all day or sent back to shipping center due to noone being available to receive the package. Any problems must be reported to us as soon as you receive your butterflies. We include complete care instructions to maintain your butteflies in healthy condition. We also include one or more extra butterflies free of charge (on shipped orders of 1 dozen or more) to cover any potential mortality in shipment.
- Whenever possible, we schedule our overnight butterfly shipments to arrive the day before your event, so that if the shipper misdirects your package, there is an extra day to deliver the package to you on time for your event. We also make every possible effort to track your package with the shipping company to assure that it arrives on time for your event. However, occasionally mistakes are made by shipping companies, resulting in late or missed deliveries. 100% refund will be given for overnight packages which arrive too late for your event, or don't arrive at all, due to shipping company error. To receive a refund, any package that is not received or is received too late for your event must be reported to us immediately on the day of expected delivery, and shipped back to us at our expense and per our instructions.
